I only wanted a service on my mountain..the bike is no longer then 6month old.frame and tires fresh like new.all i wanted was a service i had to pay for a new chain new grease ect total cost £78 so obviously I payed them and id taken the bike home.this morning I find multiple scratches in the same area on the cross bar of the frame...not a happy man today.

These guys at Pedal Power are amazing. They have gone the extra mile and more to help me out with my bike that had an E002 error code. It was only 4 weeks old and still under warranty, bought elsewhere but that company wasn't helpful at all. Chris stored the bike for 6 months at no charge while I was fighting a refund battle and then re boxed it for delivery back to the original company. I don't know what I would have done without their help and compassion. I would 150 % recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place for bikes to be repaired I have had a few bikes these have done work on. There work is very good the price varies but always offers best price. The staff are always polite and helpful and easy to approach 😊👍 keep up the good work 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😊👌
