Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
• Standard delivery: £4.99, 3–5 working days
• Free delivery on orders over £50
• Items marked "Ships in 7 days" are ordered in specially from the supplier and arrive within 7 working days.
• Click & Collect is free from our Doncaster shop. We'll email you when your order is ready. Some items may have a collection time limit.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@pedalpowerdoncaster.com or use the cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), including the standard delivery charge, using the payment method you used. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund.
What can't be returned
• Nutrition products (gels, bars, drinks) once the seal is opened
• Inner wear such as bib shorts and base layers that have been worn, or that have had their hygiene seal removed
• Items made, fitted or adjusted to your specification, such as built-up wheels, cut-down steerers or custom bike builds
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected. If something is faulty, tell us within 30 days for a full refund. After that, we'll repair or replace it. We'll cover return postage for faulty items.

If you're unhappy with anything, email info@pedalpowerdoncaster.com or call 01302 459200. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Who we are

What we collect and why
• Orders: name, address, email, phone and order details, to fulfil your order and meet our legal duties (contract and legal obligation)
• Workshop bookings and repairs: your contact details and details of your bike, to carry out the work (contract)
• Enquiries: whatever you send us, so we can reply (legitimate interests)
• Newsletter: your email address, to send you offers (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
• Website use: cookies and similar technologies (see below)
We don't see or store your full card details. These are handled by our payment providers.
Who we share it with
• Wix.com: website, online store and email marketing
• Wix Payments, Klarna and PayItMonthly: payments and finance
• Delivery couriers: to deliver your order
• BikeBook: workshop bookings
• Google: email, Google Shopping listings and site analytics
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our social pages, and ads if we run them
• Intuit QuickBooks: bookkeeping
• Our accountants
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. That includes the USA, and Israel for Wix. Israel has a UK adequacy decision. Transfers to the USA rely on the UK–US Data Bridge where the provider is certified, or otherwise on the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
• Order and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year (HMRC requirement)
• Workshop and repair records: 3 years
• General enquiries: 2 years
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@pedalpowerdoncaster.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
• Essential cookies keep the site, basket and checkout working. They're always on.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. We only set them if you allow them in our cookie banner, or where the law allows them with a clear option to opt out.
• Marketing cookies (Google and Meta) help show relevant ads. We only set them if you accept them.

1. About us
These terms apply to purchases from pedalpowerdoncaster.co.uk, run by Pedal Power Doncaster Ltd. We're registered in England & Wales, company no. 14242555, VAT no. GB 491 9012 83. Our registered office is 162 Saint Sepulchre Gate West, Doncaster, DN1 3AQ. Contact: info@pedalpowerdoncaster.com, 01302 459200.
2. Your order
Our order confirmation email is not acceptance. The contract is formed when we email to say your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the price is wrong, and we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged at checkout. You can pay by card through Wix Payments, or with Klarna or PayItMonthly where offered. Finance is provided by those companies, under their own terms and subject to status.
4. Delivery
See our Delivery & Returns section. Risk passes to you on delivery. We ship to UK mainland addresses only.
5. Cancellations and returns
You have a 14-day cancellation right, explained in our Delivery & Returns section, along with the items that can't be returned.
6. Faulty goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Electric bikes: road rules
In Great Britain, an electric bike can only be ridden on roads and cycle paths without a licence, tax or insurance if it meets the Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) rules: pedals that propel it, a motor of no more than 250W, and assistance that cuts out at 15.5mph. The rider must be 14 or over. Anything outside these rules is a motor vehicle and can't be used on public roads without registration, a licence and insurance. If you modify a bike to go beyond these limits, it becomes illegal on public roads and the warranty is void.
8. Children's electric bikes (including Revvi)
Children's electric balance bikes and e-bikes are for use on private land only, with the landowner's permission. They must not be used on public roads, pavements or cycle paths. Children should always be supervised by an adult and wear a helmet and suitable protective gear. Follow the manufacturer's age, weight and charging guidance.
9. Batteries
Only charge with the charger supplied. Never leave batteries charging unattended or overnight. Don't use a battery that is damaged, swollen or has been in water.
10. Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England & Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
