The Explorer range is made for leisurely rides around town, daily commuting (perhaps taking the scenic route home) and comfortable everyday riding. Relaxed hybrid geometry, suspension forks and a reliable transmission make it a versatile all-rounder. It features a lightweight alloy frame, Shimano 18-speed Revoshift gears, double-wall rims, a 48-38-28T chainset and powerful V-brakes - a good bike at a good price. The low-step frame makes getting on and off easy, and this fully equipped EQ version comes with chromoplastic mudguards.
Available in three sizes, all with 700c wheels: the compact 16" frame (riders approx. 5'0"-5'4", 152-163cm) offers easy reach and stable handling; the 18" frame (5'4"-5'8", 163-173cm) gives a balanced, comfortable position combining comfort and control; and the 20" frame (5'7"-6'0", 170-183cm) offers more leg room and a smoother ride for taller riders.
